Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Sunyow Co., we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help. This Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and receive refunds.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
* Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 7 days of the delivery date.
* Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
* Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
* Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items are non-returnable. These include:
* Customized or personalized items
* Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

 

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
* Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Customer Service Email Address] with your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.
* Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
* Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
* Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
* Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected (e.g., the item is not in its original condition or outside the return window), we will notify you and provide the reason for the rejection. The item may be returned to you at your expense.


5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a faulty or damaged item for the same item, please email us at info@sunyow.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days at inf@sunyow.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.


7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at [Your Customer Service Email Address]. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
